We’ll ask what you need help with, confirm the price, and let you know what to have ready, like your phone, computer, passwords, charger, or Wi‑Fi information.

We sit with you, explain what we’re doing, and go at your pace. You can ask as many questions as you want. No question is too small.

We can leave simple notes, answer quick follow-up questions, and come back again if something new comes up.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. We provide in-home tech help across the San Diego area.

What if I’m not good with technology?

That’s exactly why we’re here. We explain things slowly, clearly, and without judgment.

Can you help my parent?

Yes. Many families call us because they want kind, patient help for a parent or grandparent.

How long do visits usually take?

Most visits take 1–2 hours. We’ll let you know if something may take longer.

Do you help with passwords?

We can guide you through password resets and organization, but you stay in control of your private information.

Is there a minimum visit?

There is a 1-hour minimum. After that, time can be billed in smaller increments when needed.

Is booking automatic?

No. The form sends us a request. Your appointment is not final until we confirm by phone, text, or email.

Do you work with group homes?

Yes. Group homes, sober living homes, senior communities, and small organizations can request a custom quote on our Groups page.

Early neighbor appointments available.

We’re a new local San Diego service and are currently offering first visits at $60/hour while we build our client base. If we help you, we’d be grateful for a short review or referral.
